National Zoo or locally known as Zoo Negara is the main attraction zoological park in Malaysia. The area cover about 110 acres of land at Hulu Klang which is 20 minutes drive from the city of Kuala Lumpur. The park was officially open to the public on November 14, 1963 by Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj (Prime Minister). For your information, the park has total up to 5000 animals of 450 different species.
